We have a nominated management representative who has the Full Authority and Responsibility of ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001 2000 are met and maintained. They are also required to ensure that all the company employees diligently comply with and carry out the procedures that are contained in our professional quality assurance manual.

While setting up our management system of Total quality Assurance all emphasis was placed on developing suitable procedures that will assist in making the firm and its operatives alike more efficient and professional and at the same time in an environmentally friendly way generating the absolute necessary paperwork only.
